- Twenty-four (24) hour response to shippers/consignees requests.
- Communicates with shippers/suppliers and advises consignees of the status of orders placed.
- Warehouses goods for export for up to thirty (30) days rent free.
- Prepares documents for both shippers and consignees if requested, viz; Sight Drafts, Letters of Credit and Caricom Invoices.
- Provides shippers and consignees with Marine Insurance coverage when requested.
- Re-packs and crates goods for more economical and safer transportation.
- Splits shipments if requested to move a partial shipment via air and ocean.
- Advances Inland Freight charges for cargo purchased ex-inland point and moving “Freight Collect” to Miami.
- Ships cargo Ex-Miami/Gulf and Northeastern ports, Canada and Mexico to Trinidad and the Caribbean and U. K. to Trinidad and the Caribbean.
- Handles air and ocean freight cargo ex Trinidad to the United States and the U. K.
- Handles cargo from foreign origins moving bonded over the ports of Miami/Port Everglades/Gulf/Northeastern and Canadian ports to Trinidad and Tobago and the caribbean.
- Handles T/L (Trailer-load) as well as LCL (Less than container-load) cargo.
- Handles barrels and personal effects.
- Provides door to door service when requested working in conjunction with G. C. M & Air-Maritime Customs & Brokerage Co. Ltd.
- Provides over-night delivery from inland points in the U. S. to Miami.
- Delivers documents to consignees.
- Ships cargo Jet Pak for same day delivery ex Miami, Florida to Trinidad.
